South Omaha Redevelopment

SRC leads the revitalization efforts in areas of South Omaha and focuses on transforming the neighborhood while bringing together the vital components necessary for holistic community revitalization: high quality mixed-income housing, an effective cradle-to-college education pipeline, and comprehensive community wellness resources; with the goal of creating a healthier, more sustainable, mixed-income community. His goal is to work alongside current residents and community leaders to build the neighborhood’s future while still helping South Omaha maintain its status as a welcoming, inclusive gateway for new members of the Omaha community.
