Qualifications:
Membership levels are based on career experience in a qualified fields of commercial real estate (QFCRE). We encourage all industry professionals with experience in one of the QFCREs to apply.
- Full: Full time professional with 5+ years' experience in a QFCRE - Annual dues $325 (after June 15 $210)
- Associate: Same as above, with <5 years' - Annual dues $325 (after June 15 $210)
- Student: Full time undergraduate student, pursuing a career in a QFCRE - Annual dues $105
- Student: Full time Graduate Student, pursuing a career in a QFCRE - Annual dues $210
- Affiliate: Full time professional who supplies services or products to professionals working in a QFCRE - Annual dues $575 (after June 15 $325)
- Civic: open to individuals currently employed with a government, public agency, university, or other non-profit organization - Annual dues $275
- Honorary: Anyone who has served as a Director of the Corporation, but is no longer in a QFCRE due to retirement or career change. Annual dues $210
